Jeffery Battcher - ex’84 is CEO and founder of Battcher Communications. Jeff's relationship-driven approach to strategic communications was developed while he was vice president of Delta Air Lines, BellSouth, and Level 3 Communications. He is the cofounder and president of AIM Sports Reputation Management, which provides sports industry clients with PR services, crisis preparedness, and crisis communications advice. Jeff is a dedicated volunteer—he currently sits on the board of directors for the Otis Redding Foundation, Depaul USA, Boys and Girls Clubs, Middle Georgia Community Food Bank, and the Robert McDuffie Center for Strings at Mercer University. He is a member of the Macon Sports Hall of Fame and its board of directors, and the Macon-Bibb County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. Jeff is also a trustee for United Way of Central Georgia and a commissioner for Famvin Global Homeless Alliance. He attended the U on a football scholarship and lettered in football and baseball.
